Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in the in-person ring making experience (“Experience”) offered by Lilly James LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at 4911 14th Street W. (Unit 201), Bradenton, FL 34219. By booking and paying for the Experience, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

The cost of the Experience is listed in the booking software on the website. Payment is due at the time of booking. All sales are final.

3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except as provided in Section 4.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

You may reschedule your booking if you provide more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. One reschedule is permitted without additional charge. Any cancellation or no-show with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded. If Lilly James LLC cancels the Experience, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

5. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years or older. Participants aged 14–17 are permitted only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must remain present and supervise throughout the Experience.

6. Participation Requirements

• Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
• You must sign our Liability Waiver (online or in person) before participating.
• Hair must be tied back during the Experience.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant who appears intoxicated, impaired, or behaves rudely toward others. No refund will be issued in these cases.

7. Location & Nature of Experience

The Experience currently takes place at 4911 14th Street W. (Unit 201), Bradenton, FL 34219 and lasts up to 2 hours. We are open to hosting at private locations for special occasions. You will take home the ring you make.

8. Media Consent

By participating, you grant Lilly James LLC the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to use any photos or videos taken during the Experience for marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed.

9. Ownership of Work

You retain full ownership of the ring you create during the Experience.

10. Liability

Participation involves the use of jewelry-making tools and materials. You acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to the terms of the separate Liability Waiver.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
